Misty Copeland will be a new judge on two episodes of NBC’s new dance competition show World of Dance.
Misty will join episodes airing July 18 and July 25. These episodes with air Round 3 of the competition known as “The Cut.” The Cut is when competitors, who are performing for the grand prize of $1 million, will perform and experience the most impactful cut of the season. It is in this cut that more than half of the performers will get cut and be sent home. Only the top two from each division will move on to the Division Final. Misty, no stranger to dancing will join fellow judge/executive producer and dancer extraordinaire Jennifer Lopez, dancers Derek Hough, Ne-Yo and host/mentor Jenna Dewan Tatum.
This will be our first time watching Misty as a judge and we’re looking forward to it.
