For years, Charles Barkley has made the women of San Antonio the butt of his jokes famously poking fun at their size and their supposed love for churros. But this week, the tables finally turned.
During his visit to San Antonio for the NCAA Men’s Final Four, Barkley walked into a surprise segment organized by TNT Sports a playful parody of Pop the Balloon, a dating game show that recently got a Netflix boost. Where contestants pop their balloon if they’re uninterested
Unfortunately for Barkley he didn’t make it past the introductions.
As soon as he stepped into the room, one by one, the women popped their balloons without hesitation. And they didn’t stop there each had a little something to say on the way out. They came for his physique, cracked jokes about his churro obsession, and even took shots at his awkward golf swing. The most notable comment being Barkley not having an NBA championship ring.
In a city that’s home to five titles, that’s a roast he won’t forget anytime soon.
