By the time she steps into the ring on December 30th, it will have been a little over a year since Ronda Rousey fought in her infamous loss to ex-fighter, Holly Holm. In her return, Rousey is looking to regain her title as the UFC bantamweight champion, stripping it from current champ, Amanda Nunes.

Though Rousey defended the bantamweight title for 6 straight fights from 2013- 2015, it has bounced around since her loss to Holm, who then lost to Miesha Tate who loss her title to the current title holder, Nunes.

Rousey stayed away from the media after admitting on the Ellen Show that she suffered suicidal thoughts after her loss back in November 2015. Since then, Rousey has worked to reposition herself as the best and with the comeback of Ronda Rousey, the UFC 207 card is looking to take its popularity to a new height.

The Rousey vs. Nunes fight is scheduled to take place at the T- Mobile arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
