Tara Davis-Woodhall, an Olympic gold medalist along with Hunter Woodhall, a Paralympic gold medalist are joining Nike.
Davis-Woodhall and Woodhall both had standouts summer’s last year striking gold at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Davis Woodhall first winning gold in the long jump becoming the fourth American woman to do so, then followed by Woodhall taking home gold for the very first time after his race in the Paralympics men’s 400-meter T62 race.
Sharing a stage has seemingly only brought the joyful pair closer. If you keep up with sports at all can always catch a picture or video of the two supporting one another and championing the other on in their personal endeavors!
Tara Davis-Woodhall told Well+Good “Signing with Nike is probably any athlete’s major dream. It’s definitely one of ours. And now that has come into fruition…and it’s insane. I know Nike is going to help us become the best athletes possible and support us along our way through LA2028.”
“… And meeting with the team, they had the same passion and excitement for what we want to do in LA2028, and the athletes and people that we want to become. So it just made perfect sense” Hunter said.
Now joining the decorated roster of track and field athletes presented by Nike the two get to embark on yet a new journey together.
