Announced Tuesday, Nike announced the creation of NikeSkims, a new collaboration with Skims, the shape wear brand co-founded by Kim Kardashian.

This collaboration makes history by being the first time that Nike has joined with an already established brand, apart from the company to introduce a new brand.

The two companies have been working on the brand NikeSkims since October of 2023, with Skims being the first to reach out after having huge success in mastering shaper and becoming a big market name.

It’s this great clash of performance product — athlete tested, athlete inspired — with Skims’s incredible attention to the female form of the body and inclusivity,” said Heidi O’Neill, the president of consumer, product and brand at Nike.

The initial rollout of products will be available on Nike and Skims websites and select stores in the United States in spring 2025. Global rollout of the brand will commence next year.
