Stephon Marbury has begun production on “My Other Home The Movie” a biopic in which he will star as himself.
Stephon stars along side actress Jessica Jung. Jung is an American known for her stint in the South Korean girl group Girls Generation.
The film, part of a five production deal between Village Roadshow Pictures Asia and China’s Beijing Hairun Pictures, will show Marbury’s move from the United States to China. A move that has proven to be well worth it for Marbury. Marbury was a star in the NBA but in China has become a basketball Champion winning three championships most recently a championship with the Beijing Ducks of the Chinese Basketball Association, the team he currently plays for.
Marbury’s impact in China is profound. He is the face of a postal stamp, has a museum in his honor, is launching his Starbury shoe and has become a hero to many no wonder he’s found another home.
